BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOL <br />NO.2024- <br />UTIONnq5 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF TIIF,2O24 LODGING TAX <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND THE <br />INTERNATONAL LUMBERJACK SHOW <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County entered into a Services Agreement, effective January I,2024,wrth <br />The International Lumberjack Show ("Contractor"), for the PNW Timberfest <br />("Event"). <br />WHEREAS: The County and Contractor desire to modify Exhibit "A", Event Dates, by <br />Amendment No. 1, to be held October 11-13, 2024,to their schedule of events. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That Kittitas County Board of Commissioners, <br />authorize Amendment No. 1 to the LT-2024-010-PNW Timberfest Agreement to <br />be held October lI-13,2024 <br />ADOPTED this 2lst of 2024. <br />BOARD OF CO COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS GTON <br />Commissioner <br />ulie Clerk of the Board
