KITTITAS COLINTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />2024 AGENDA STAFF' REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE:May 7,2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing an Interlocal <br />Agreement with Grant County PUD No. 2 for the period of <br />June 1, 2024,to June 1,2025. <br />BACKGROUND:Kittitas County has been partnering with Grant County <br />PUD No. 2 serving patrons of the Vantage Boat Ramp for <br />the past several decades. Several items remain unresolved <br />at this time and staff is requesting a single year extension to <br />the interlocal agreement for services at the Vantage Boat <br />Ramp facility. New to the agreement is the inclusion of <br />inigation supply from Kittitas County to Grant PUD. <br />INTERACTION:Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Authorizing anlnterlocal <br />Agreement with Grant County PUD No. 2 for the period of <br />June 1, 2024, to June 1,2025. <br />HANDLING: <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />LEAD STAF'F: <br />Return one original to Public Works <br />Resolution. <br />Mark R.
