KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: May 7, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for Jail PLC Replacement <br />Rev.I (door control project). <br />BACKGROUND: This proposal with AEU is for Jail PLC Replacement Rev. 1 (door <br />control project). Accurate Electric Unlimited will provide the equipment, software, licenses, <br />integration, and execution for replacing the existing controls PLC system. The delivery method is <br />design -build. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for Jail PLC Replacement <br />Rev. 1 (door control project). <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriffs Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
