KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 16, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Conduct a Public Hearing on April 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time <br />to consider Equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and <br />authorize disposal of same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs: <br />CDS 2015 Nissan Frontier (Number/Plate 130846C) <br />VIN #1N6ADOEV6FN754753 <br />Community Development Services is requesting to hold a Public <br />Hearing on April 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time to declare the <br />above -listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize <br />disposal of same.
