KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 5, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group is for Strategic <br />Assessment of Opportunities; Grants Strategy; Grant <br />Guide; Regional Coalition Building; Project Advocacy. <br />The current agreement is set to expire on April 30, 2024. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the <br />proposed agreement (10434). <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and The Ferguson Group in the amount of <br />$84,000.00 beginning May 1, 2024, through April 30, <br />2026. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 - Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – The Ferguson Group <br /> 1 copy – Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and The Ferguson Group. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board <br /> <br />
