KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 6, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request BOCC signatures on the Professional Service Agreements (PSAs) for the 1/10th of 1% <br />Mental Health and Chemical Tax awardees: Community Builders and Comprehensive Healthcare. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> On December 5, 2023, the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners signed Resolution 2023-214 and 2023-213, awarding <br />funding to Comprehensive Healthcare to maintain the two full-time <br />crisis care managers (CCM’s) at Kittitas Valley Hospital in the <br />amount of $395,394.76 and Community Builders to maintain and <br />expand the youth program in Upper Kittitas County for the amount of <br />$250,000 from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025.Staff was <br />directed to work with aforementioned agencies on PSA documents. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor and Auditor’s office have reviewed and approved the <br />proposed PSAs. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request BOCC signatures on the Professional Service Agreements <br />(PSAs) for the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and Chemical Tax <br />awardees: Community Builders and Comprehensive Healthcare. <br /> <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Kittitas County Public Health <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> Professional Services Agreement for Comprehensive Healthcare <br /> Professional Services Agreement for Community Builders <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Erin Moore, Quality Improvement Coordinator/1/10th of 1% Board <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
