KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 6, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a call for bids for a Water Truck. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste Department is requesting bids for a <br />used water truck to be used at the Ryegrass Facility. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste Department has budgeted to purchase a replacement for the <br />existing water truck at the facility and at this time we would like to proceed with the <br />advertisement for bids. <br /> <br />As the request for proposal states we will be accepting bid up until the close of bid on <br />February 22, 2024, at 3:00pm at the Solid Waste Department located at 925 Industrial <br />Way, Ellensburg. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Solid Waste Department. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approval by Board to Advertise for Bids <br /> <br />HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to Advertise for bids. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Request for Bids <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Facilities and Waste Operations Director. <br />
