JANUARY 16, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Admin Assistant and approximately 2 <br />members of the public <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – 1 MINUTE TIME LIMIT <br /> <br />Terry LaRue – Expressed concerns over how the Airport Department was <br />dissolved and the reasoning behind it. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 12, 2024. <br /> <br />REVIEW COMMISSIONER COMMITTEE’S COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff provided copies of the 2023 committees that the Commissioners <br />serve on. The Board reviewed them and made changes for 2024, some of <br />which follow the Chairman or are changes that reflect adjustments to <br />allow other Board members an opportunity to participate in an area <br />of interest for them or because they align with the Department Head <br />they are working with for 2024. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION KFACC DUES COMMISSIONERS <br />
