KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO.2023- <br />A Resolution to Cancel Claims Fund Warrants <br />WHEREAS, the following Attachment A of Claims Fund warrants were issued between July 1, <br />2020 and June 30, 2022, in the total amount of $9,303.93; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Attachment A of outstanding Claims Fund warrants need to be cancelled by the <br />County Auditor and County Treasurer and remitted to the Department of Revenue -Unclaimed Property <br />Division; and, <br />WHEREAS, per R.C.W. 63.30 Unclaimed Property must be reported by October 31st of each year, <br />and Kittitas County selects the option to remit the unclaimed funds to the Department of Revenue, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Claims Fund warrant numbers listed in <br />Attachment A totaling $9,303.93 be canceled and remitted to the Department of Revenue: <br />See Attachment A <br />DATED this 171h day of October 2023. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />ATTEST <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />Clerk of the Board/Deputy Clerk of the Board <br />
