KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 17th, 2023 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve the contract between KCSO and KVH <br />Pharmacy. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this contract is to allow KVH Pharmacy to receive <br />medication orders from KCSO providers and fill prescriptions in case of emergencies and <br />closures, unavailability of primary pharmacy, and inmates brought into the ER. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and KVH Pharmacy <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Lieutenant Ed Buntin <br />
