BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - / { O <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATI]RE ON TASK ORDER NO. 1 WITH CONSOR NORTH <br />AMERICAO INC' FOR PUBLIC OUTREACH CAMPAIGN SERVICES <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works (Public Works) procured on-call professional Public <br />Outreach services from Consor North America, Inc. (Consor) in December 2022; and <br />WHEREAS:Public Works has the need to begin Public Outreach Campaign Services supporting a <br />2024 Road Fund Levy Election to continue servicing the road network of Kittitas County; <br />and <br />Consor and Public Works have finalized a scope of work for a Public Outreach Campaign <br />for a2024 Road Fund Levy Election; and <br />The prepared scope of work and fee for said Public Outreach Campaign for a 2024 Road <br />Fund Levy Election is in the amount of $85,840.00. <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest <br />of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on Consor North America, Inc.
