KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 6, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with <br />Central Paving, LLC and Kittitas County <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> Kittitas County invited various asphalt companies off the Small <br />Works Roster to meet for a walk through at the North and South <br />Employee parking lots, Court House parking lot, and the rear Sheriffs <br />Office parking lot on April 28th to get quotes on crack sealing, <br />sealcoating, and striping. Central Paving was the lowest responsive <br />bidder. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the proposed <br />PSA. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Recommend Boards signature on PSA with Central Paving, LLC <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> PSA with Central Paving, LLC and Kittitas County. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br /> Cody Cupp, Project Manager <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
