BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />Resolution No. 2OZl- O 53 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT OF'THE LINDSEY LEASB <br />EXECUTED OCTOBER 16,2018 TO REFLECT THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE LEASE <br />TO CHRIS PRATZ <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Code (KCC) 2.81.060(4) requires that all leases of real property be <br />approved by the Board of Counfy Comrnissioners (Board); and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners and Kenneth H. and Leslie H. Lindsey <br />previously executed a lease on October 16,2018, for the lease of real property located at the <br />Bowers Field Airport on lot H-36; and <br />WHEREAS: The Lindsey's have sold their private aircraft hangar located on the real property <br />leased at the Bower's Field Airport situated on lot H-36 to Chris Pratz; and <br />WHEREAS: The Parties desire to amend the lease to reflect the assignrnent of the Lindsey <br />lease to Chris Pratz fbr the remainder of said lease. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the execution of the lease amendment <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference to assign the Lindsey lease to Chris <br />Prctz for lot H-36 at Bower's Field Airport. <br />ADOPTED thifu_day 2023 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Commissioner <br />fvL) <br />lerk of the <br />7 <br />Clerk of the Board
