APRIL 10, 2023 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Commissioner, Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Admin Assistant. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 7, 2023. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION MINUTES POLICY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve an amended BoCC Minutes <br />Policy as presented, noting it was originally adopted in 2019 and <br />this update included additional department’s hosting study sessions <br />and addressed virtual meetings. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ADO DESIGNATION 2023-2025-BIENNIUM COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve & authorize the Chair’s <br />signature on an Associate Development Organization (ADO) <br />Certification/Designation Form for the 2023-2025 biennium, noting it <br />is due back to the Department of Commerce by April 15, 2023. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
