BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION No.: 2027' PL <br />Authorization to Execute Professional Services Agreement with JUB. <br />WHEREAS, the Airport Departrnent desires to engage a consultant for engineering services; <br />and, <br />WHERBAS, the Airport Director is recommending that the County engage J-U-B Engineers <br />(ruB) to provide such seruices; and, <br />WHEREAS, the attached Professional Services Agreement will need to be executed to engage <br />the seryices of JUB. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the execution of the attached Professional <br />Services Agreement to engage JUB as a consultant for the County's airport. <br />ADOPTED this of <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONBRS <br />KITT ,wASHINGTON <br />202b <br />C <br />V <br />CLERK QF THE BOARD <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Julie A.
