BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTIONffiNO.: 2022- <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY ASSESSOR THE RESPECTIVE <br />AMOUNTS OF TAXES LEVIED FOR EACH TAXING DISTRICT <br />WffiREAS: It is the duty of each taxing district to file certified budgets or estimates with <br />the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 84.52.020; and <br />WFIEREAS: It is the duty of the Board of Commissioners to certi$ to the County Assessor <br />the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district, <br />pursuant to RCW 84.52.070(l); and <br />WHEREAS: Each taxing district has filed certified budgets or estimates with the Board of <br />County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS: A copy of each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, as filed with the <br />Board of County Commissioners, is attached to this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />certifies to the Kittitas County Assessor the respective amount of levied by the Board for <br />each taxing district as set forth in each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, copies of <br />which are attiached to this resolution. <br />I aroprED tn s \Nauv or Et3Lv\*{ozz-ut <br />\llllllll, <br />g,oMi\'l <br />Ellensburg, Washington. <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />ABSENT <br />-{ <br />= i (J[,r / H ', 7"' ,1 ,..J s , . <br />: -: ..
