BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RES'LUTT'N No. 2022 - J4 tT <br />SELECTING DCI ENGINEERING FOR SUPPORTING STRUCTIIRAL ENGINEERING <br />DESIGN OF THE REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGE #80181 COOKE CANYON ROAD <br />OVER HILINE CANAL AND BRIDGE #88212 FAUST ROAD OVER TOWN DITCH <br />AI{D AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY ENGINEER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A <br />LOCAL AGENCY A & E PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />SAME, CRP 315-22 AND 316-22. <br />WHEREAS:Kittitas County Public Works advertised a Request for Statement of <br />Qualifications Supporting Civil and Structural Design andlor Review Services <br />for the Replacement of Bridge No. 80181 Cooke Canyon Road at Milepost 0.24 <br />and for the Replacement of Bridge No. 88212 Faust Road at Milepost 0.59.; and <br />WHEREAS: Submittals were due by October 13,2022; and <br />WHEREAS: There were five (5) firms that submitted their qualifications for review; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works reviewed the submittals and recommends DCI Engineers to be the <br />selected Structural Engineering firm; and <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby select DCI Engineering for supporting design <br />of the replacement of Bridge #80181 Cooke Canyon Road over Hiline Canal and <br />Bridge #88212 Faust Road over Town Ditch, and authorize the County Engineer <br />to negotiate and execute a Local Agency A & E Professional Services Agreement <br />for the same, CRP 315-22 and316-22. <br />DATED on this lTth day of November 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />.\\\\\\l <br />\ I <br />.Sl, co <br />.it .(' .,..' <br />S.:)'.."':-O.'*:CJJ <br />llllllttr,. <br />i,,t\1i.g; r!',"+,,...
