The SpoAddendum implements requirements found within Presidential Execufive Order (EO) 14074 (Section l2),signed on MPy 25' 2022. These itemsare added pursuant to Eo 14074 which reestablishes EO 13688. h;017,the Law Enforcement Equipmentworking lroup (established by Eo 13688), further added, deleted and refined the definitions of"controlled" items in their annual.equipment list review. Provisions within the202l MOA applicable to"confolled" properly apply to the items listed below (regardless ofDEMIL and/oTDEMIL Integrity code).Title and o-wnership of the "controlled" property Iisted below remains with the DoD in perpeturty and willnot be relinquished to the LEA (regardless of DEMIL and/or Integrity Code).
