FIRST ANNUAL RENEWAL OF 2021-2022 <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This First Annual Renewal of 2021-2022 Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is by and between Kittitas <br />County ("County") and AIIPaid, Inc. ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by between <br />Contractor and County, effective August 16, 2021 ("Agreement"). <br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, until December 31, 2023. <br />2. Execution. This Renewal may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall <br />be an original and all of which together shall constitute one original document.
