09/19/2022 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 19, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING MONTHLY CHECK-IN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a monthly check-in update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news and 90-day rocks. There was discussion <br />on the future of meeting together and having more of a focus on <br />working with the Management Team and Executive Committee. Mr. <br />Backlund said he would like to keep meeting with the Commissioners <br />until a County Executive is hired.
