SEPTEMBER 26, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz (arrived at 9:23 <br />a.m.); Vice-Chairman Cory Wright; Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Emily Smith, Administrative Assistant; Chris Horner, <br />Deputy Prosecutor III; Chris Whitsett, Inspector. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 23, 2022. <br /> <br />REQUEST COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a request for a waiver to <br />the County Noise Ordinance from WSDOT, for contractors to do work on <br />select bridge locations along Interstate 90-West Side Canal Bridge <br />(Mile Post 105.55) and Wilson Creek Bridge (Mile Post 109.13) from <br />7/15/2023 – 9/30/2023. Vice-Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried <br />2-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve a request for a waiver to <br />the County Noise Ordinance from Brad Bird, to hold a private party <br />at his residence on October 1, 2022 until midnight October 2, 2022 <br />at 2602 E. Cohoe Road, Ellensburg, WA 98926, subject to Mr. Bird <br />submitting a listing of addresses that are within 3/10 of a mile of
