<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 6th, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Resolution Relieving OPMA Requirements for <br />County Executive Management Advisory Committee <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: As in previous resolutions waiving OPMA requirements for <br />advisory committees formed with no decision-making authority <br />and tasked with delivering purely advisory findings to the BoCC, <br />this resolution will waive the same for the County Executive <br />Management Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The resolution has been approved by the Prosecutor’s office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution and solicit applications for the advisory <br />committee <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 – Copy Clerk of the Board <br /> 1 – Washington State Association of Counties <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: 1 – Resolution <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
