AUGUST 16, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Patti Stacey, <br />Solid Waste Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Jeanne Killgore, <br />HR Rep.; Tom Cash, Union Rep.; Clinton Van De Venter, Represented <br />Former County Employee. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING CLOSED BARGAINING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 3:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into a Collective Bargaining - <br />Closed Session- Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(a), the OPMA does not <br />apply to the portion of a meeting where Collective bargaining <br />sessions with employee organizations, including contract <br />negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the <br />interpretation or application of a labor agreement. <br /> <br />At 4:00 p.m. the Board reconvened out of a Closed Bargaining <br />Session.
