Vice-Chairman <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Commissioner Wachsmith moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as amended, by moving Consent Item I to <br />Board Discussion & Decision, and to remove Item Q from the Agenda.
