KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM July 11, 2022 <br />Board members present: Vice -Chairman Cory Wright, and <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Jeremy Larson, Jeremy Johnston, and Jessica Miller <br />Community Development Services; Arden Thomas, Josh Fredrickson, <br />Mark Cook and Rebecca Cruse, Public Works; and one (1) member of <br />the public. <br />At 1:30 pm Vice -Chairman Wright opened the Community Development <br />Services Study Session. <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS (1 MIN. TIME LIMIT) <br />There were no citizen comments. <br />BUILDING PLANS PRE -APPROVAL POLICY UPDATE <br />CDS Building Official Jeremy Larson presented an update on the <br />Pre -Approval plans policy. The pre -approval building plan should <br />be ready to go next week, just updated our webpage with the <br />links to the policy and the list of vendors. Commissioner Wright <br />requested a press release happen to notify customers. <br />DISCUSSION/DECISION: FINALIZE ANNUAL DOCKET LIST <br />CDS Planning Official Jeremy Johnston provided the Annual Docket <br />list for discussion and decision. Planning Official Johnston <br />stated this is an opportunity to review and potential issues <br />within our code as well as give citizens an opportunity to <br />submit for changes for development regulations or our <br />comprehensive plan. List of 26 items for this cycle, of which 6 <br />are citizen items, was provided to the Board.
