KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />Professional Services Agreement Between Kittitas County and Guardian RFID. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software, hardware, <br />support services, and a web-based software as a service platform to deliver a wide range <br />of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions and we would like to <br />implement the system by licensing the software, purchasing the hardware and support <br />services, and obtaining rights to use the web-based software as a service platform. <br />Officer Experience Platform (OXP) that includes RFID inmate tracking services, mobile <br />electronic documentation, secure cloud hosting, and interface with Kittitas County’s <br />existing jail management system. This system will allow inmate tracking capability, <br />predictive and prescriptive analytics to achieve 100% irregular round compliance on all <br />cell checks, comprehensive system of digital documentation that\ includes photo and <br />video evidence. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />Professional Services Agreement Between Kittitas County and Guardian RFID <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Superintendent Panattoni
