<br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: July 5, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract <br />for SFY2023 & Signature Authorization Form with the <br />Washington State Military Department. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: George Long, Executive Director for KITTCOM, has requested the <br />Board approve the SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract <br />for SFY2023 for E911 services. Contract No. E23-019 with the <br />Washington State Military Department is in the amount of <br />$297,783.00 for the period beginning July 1, 2022, through August <br />15, 2023. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The proposed documents have been reviewed and approved by the <br />Prosecutors office through CAMAS SR #54340, as well as Brian <br />Carlson, Budget & Finance Director. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Approve the SECO Basic Service Operating (BSO) Contract for <br />SFY2023 and Signature Authorization Form with the Washington <br />State Military Department. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 2 originals – George Long, KITTCOM to obtain State signature. <br />Mr. Long to provide one fully executed original to Clerk of the <br />Board and then BOCC Staff to forward copy to the Auditor & <br />Prosecutor’s office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Contract E23-019 & Signature Authorization Form. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> George Long, Executive Director KITTCOM <br /> <br />
