Public Health Study Session Meeting Minutes <br />May 25, 2022 <br />10:00 AM <br />Commissioner’s Conference Room/WebEx <br /> <br />Attendees: <br />Cory Wright, Laura Osiadacz, Tristen Lamb, Chelsey Loeffers, Kasey Knutson, Jesse Cox, Erin Moore, <br />Katie Odiaga, Candi Blackford, Kate Johnson <br />MRT Update <br />Public Health enforcement is on hold for now, waiting for Public Works to work with MRT on Floodplain <br />issues. <br />DD Millage Update <br />Kasey Knutson provided an update about the allocation of millage funds. There was discussion on how <br />to allocate millage funds. Ms. Knutson shared a draft scoring rubric. There was discussion about <br />direction on how to create criteria for funding allocation moving forward. The Board directed staff to <br />draft an RFP and present to DD committee and bring back final version to BOCC for approval. <br />Positions/Staff Post-COVID <br />Tristen Lamb discussed position changes for staff: <br />• Chelsey to Director starting June 16 with salary change <br />• Audi to HP supervisor starting June 16 with salary change <br />• Kasey stipend as HP supervisor starting Aug 17 for the duration of Audi’s maternity leave <br />• Marie job title to Community Health Specialist 1 starting July 1, no salary change <br />• Dora to Community Health Specialist 1 staring July 1 with raise to new base <br /> <br />These staff changes are budget neutral. <br />The BOCC approved the above position changes as presented. <br /> <br />Public Health District update <br />Director Lamb discussed where things are with the health district discussion.
