KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 7, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards signature on the On Call Professional <br />Service Agreement with Jacobs Project Management Co. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Solid Waste/Maintenance advertised a Request for <br />Qualifications for on call Engineering Services. We received six proposals and after <br />review we interview four firms. Upon completion of the interviews, it was determined to <br />be in the best interest of the county to move forward with two of the firms. <br /> <br />The attached Professional Service Agreement if for Jacobs Project Management Co. The <br />agreement has been reviewed by the prosecutors’ offices and signed by Jacobs Project <br />Management Co. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Solid Waste Department, Jacobs Project Management and <br />Prosecutors Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Board on the Professional Services <br />agreement. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return a signed copy to Solid Waste Director. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director. <br />
