<br />2022-05-23 Minutes 1 Information Technology <br />Commissioners’ Minutes <br />Kittitas County, Washington <br />Commissioners’ Conference Room <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Monday 11:00 AM May 23, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chair Laura Osiadacz, Vice-Chair Cory Wright, Commissioner Brett Wachsmith <br /> <br />Others present: IT Director Jim Goeben <br /> <br />Regular Meeting Information Technology <br />Meeting called to order at 11:04 AM. <br /> <br />Lean Update <br />The board asked for a special meeting of the Management Team to ask for feedback on the proposed <br />changes request by IT, which can be attended by Board Chair Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />IT Operations <br />The board asked for a meeting with Directors Goeben and Carlson at a future study session to address <br />any concerns with the new IT Systems Analyst position, their on-boarding, and their first project. <br /> <br />Other Business <br />Mr. Goeben advised the board of the recommendation of the Management Team to hire a full-time <br />permanent county employee replacement Communications Director who would support all offices and <br />departments. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM. <br /> Kittitas County Commissioners <br />Information Technology Director Kittitas County, Washington <br /> <br /> <br /> _______________________________________ _______________________________________ <br />Jim Goeben, IT Director Laura Osiadacz, Chair
