BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATB OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.: 2022- I lC <br />A RESOLUTION TERMINATING A LEASE <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works leased properly at Bowers Field; and <br />WHEREAS: such lease is no longer needed; and <br />WHEREAS: the parties desire to terminate said lease; and <br />WHEREAS: the Board of County Commissioners determined it to be in the best interest <br />of the public to terminate said lease. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of County <br />Cornmissioners is authorized to execute the termination of lease between Kittitas County <br />Public Works and the Bowers Field Airport attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />ADOPTED this b?'t4 day of <br />BOARD <br />2022 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />WASHINGTON <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br />7 <br />A.Neil A.
