If you have any <br />questions about how your award was recalculated, please reach out to Kyle Landry at <br />kyle.landry@courts.wa.gov. <br /> <br />It is the intention that the grant be used to assist Kittitas County Superior Court in complying with GR36 <br />minimum requirements through the purchase of security equipment. This Award letter explains the <br />responsibilities and expectations of grant recipients. <br /> <br />A Grant Agreement formalizing the terms of your award and a blank A-19 form are attached. Grant recipients <br />must sign the Grant Agreement and return it to kyle.landry@courts.wa.gov as soon as possible. Once the <br />Grant Agreement, accompanying A-19 form and receipt for items purchased are signed and returned to AOC, <br />the award monies will be disbursed as a reimbursement. When submitting your A19 and supporting <br />documentation for reimbursement, please clearly reference CSE22007. <br /> <br />Award Disbursement <br />The funds provided by Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) will be spent for the identified equipment <br />awarded as outlined in the grant application. You must provide AOC with receipts for products and services <br />purchased. You have been approved for an amount totaling $35,007 and this amount may be used to <br />purchase any combination of items within the approved categories.
