KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 3, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to the Inter-Agency <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The document being presented is an amendment to the Interagency <br />Agreement authorized by Resolution No. 2021-159 awarding funds for the 2022 Traffic <br />Safety High Visibility Enforcement Patrols. Funding has been added to this grant to <br />include funds for enforcement participation in Click It or Ticket. This amendment adds <br />to the scope of work and project costs sections of the aforementioned Interagency <br />Agreement. Project cost additions: $5,000.00 for Click It or Ticket patrols May 16, <br />2022-June 5, 2022. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This amendment was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge an Amendment to the Inter-Agency <br />Agreement between Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office and Washington Traffic Safety <br />Commission. <br /> <br />HANDLING: A fully executed original will be forwarded to the BOCC upon signature <br />by WTSC. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
