KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, May 3, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Mod 4 of the Cooperative Law <br />Enforcement Agreement #19 -LE -11061700-009 between the Kittitas County Sheriff's <br />Office and the US Forest Service, Okanogan -Wenatchee National Forest. <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office has worked with the US Forest <br />Service for several years. The purpose of this Mod 4 is to allocate additional funds of <br />$39,552.60 for the year 2022. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge Mod 4 of the Cooperative Law <br />Enforcement Agreement #19 -LE -11061700-009 between the Kittitas County Sheriff's <br />Office and the US Forest Service, Okanogan -Wenatchee National Forest. <br />HANDLING: No handling <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
