BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2022-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND 509 FACILITY SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County executed a contract with 509 Facility Services on December 14, 2020 <br />for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation housing; and <br />WHEREAS, due to service charge increases, cleaning charges have increased from $25.00 to <br />$30.00 per hour with a four hour minimum, and overtime rates shall be paid as <br />follows: labor at $45.00 per hour (1.5x) and holiday labor at $60.00 per hour (2x). <br />The parties desire to amend the Agreement to reflect these updated rates, as <br />detailed in the amendment that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this <br />reference.
