MARCH 1, 2022 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, <br />Administrative Supervisor; Kasey Knutson, Special Programs Coordinator; <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director; Tristen Lamb, Public Health <br />Administrator; Ben Kokjer, Chief Deputy; Carly Brettmann, Communications <br />Director; Clay Myers, Sheriff; Kristine Foreman, Human Resource <br />Director; Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim Maintenance <br />Director/Project Manager; Mike Hougardy, Assessor; Chris Horner, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Jesse Cox, Environmental Health Supervisor; Nate Bailey, <br />WCRP; Steve Panattoni, Jail Superintendent; Katie McCullough, WCRP; <br />Chelsea Loeffers, Health Promotion Supervisor and 3 members of the <br />public. <br /> <br />Per Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28 et seq., the public was <br />encouraged to join the meeting virtually or in person. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIENCE <br />Chairman Osiadacz led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />Ken Grannan, Airport Director, introduced Codi Fortier, as their new <br />Administrative Assistant. PROCLAMATIONS PROCLAMATION DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AWARENESS MONTH PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Proclamation declaring March as <br />Developmental Disability Awareness month in Kittitas County and <br />encourage all citizens to celebrate individuals with disabilities. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br />
