KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />March 1, 2022 <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 1, 2022 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO APPROVE A RESOLUTION <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRS SIGNATURE ON TASK <br />ORDER #11 WITH CENTURY WEST FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW AIRPORT TAXILANE. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport is undergoing new development <br />opportunities to strengthen its revenue making capability. <br />One of these projects is a new taxilane along Bowers Road <br />adjacent to the west apron. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: This taxilane will open up the potential of new hangar <br />development along Bowers Road providing up to 10 new <br />executive style hangars.
