JANUARY 24, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant and Carly Brettmann, Communications Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 21, 2022. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-014 CARB LOAN AUTHORIZATION TO SIGN AIRPORT <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-014, <br />Acknowledging the Acceptance of the Community Aviation <br />Revitalization Board Loan and Authorizing the Airport Director to <br />Sign the Loan on behalf of the Board. Commissioner Wright seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE PHIL BACKLUND COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Phil Backlund Consultant followed up with the Board on the NORM’s <br />document as well as their core values, core focus. <br /> <br />UPDATE COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR COMMISSIONERS <br />
