KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT DEPARTMENT <br />January 18, 2022 <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 18, 2022 CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: REQUEST TO SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER <br />ADOPTING THE BOWERS FIELD LEASE POLICY. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Bowers Field Airport requests to set a public hearing to <br />consider adopting the Bowers Field Lease Policy on <br />February 1, 2022. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: The Airport, in consultation with the Airport Advisory <br />Committee, Prosecutor’s Office and other interested <br />parties, has developed new lease policy incorporating <br />airside and landside leases providing the foundation for <br />future lease agreements. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: AAC, BoCC, Prosecutors Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set public hearing concerning Minimum Standards, Rules <br />and Regulations Document for February 1, at 2pm. <br />HANDLING: none <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Ken Grannan <br />Airport Director
