COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />2020 Budget Meeting <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />FRIDAY 2:30 PM November 18, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Cory Wright, <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Kady Porterfield, Fairgrounds Program Director, Karey <br />Connor, Office Manager, Lisa Young, Human Resources Director <br />and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 2020 PRELIMINARY BUDGET BUDGETS <br /> <br />The special meeting was called at 1:30 pm to discuss and review <br />the Departmental Preliminary Budgets. <br /> <br />The departments who presented their budgets included Event <br />Center and County Fair Board. <br /> <br />The Board select to break for 15 minutes at 3:15 pm. <br /> <br />At 3:30 the meeting reconvened and the Board discussed the wage <br />survey presented by Human Resources.
