2021-11-16 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON CONF. ROOM/WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY 8:30 A.M. NOVEMBER,16 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; and Kristine <br />Foreman, HR Director. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:31 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 30 <br />minutes RCW 42.30.140 to consider Collective bargaining sessions <br />with employee organizations, including contract negotiations, <br />grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the interpretation <br />or application of a labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the <br />strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the <br />course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or <br />grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made <br />in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:01 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
