<br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-_______ <br /> <br />A Resolution Approving Lease Termination <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, and Leroy Miller, d/b/a Miller Refrigeration, entered into lease for <br />real property at the Bowers Airport and Industrial area on October 1, 2008; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, That lease was subsequently amended on October 16, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lessee, Mr. Miller has since passed away and Mrs. Miller desires to terminate <br />the lease effective September 31, 2021; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County finds such lease termination to be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Kittitas County hereby consents to the <br />termination of the October 1, 2008 lease between Kittitas County and Leroy Miller d/b/a/ Miller <br />Refrigeration effective September 31, 2021. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED this ______day of __________________, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Chairman <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Vice-Chairman <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Commissioner <br /> <br /> <br />
