09/20/2021 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING WEDNESDAY 1:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant; and Carly Brettmann, Communications Director. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING 90 DAY REVIEW COMMISSIONERS <br />At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a 90-day review planning update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the Agenda and schedule for the <br />afternoon. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news; V/TO review including the Board’s ten- <br />and three-year plans; core values and core focus review and <br />assessment; review of the marketing plan; one year plan; rock <br />development; scorecard development; issues; and a rating of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Board felt it was a productive meeting and thanked Phil for his <br />time. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 3:53 p.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Julie Kjorsvik Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />
