Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 21, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Winemaker’s <br />Cabins Plat (LPF-21-00007 & LP-20-00002). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Suncadia Winemaker’s Cabins Plat was approved on February 16, 2021 through <br />Resolution No. 2021-025. The plat covers approximately 11.94 acres accessed <br />primarily via Rope Rider Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on July 21, 2021, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Suncadia Winemaker’s Cabins Plat. A second complete <br />submittal package containing updated information was received on September 1, <br />2021. This Plat creates 24 attached residential lots with open space, recreation <br />facility, access and parking tracts, and the existing Swiftwater Cellars <br />winery/restaurant. The proposed lots range in size from 2448 to 4869 square feet. <br />Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is <br />consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed <br />by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Winemaker’s Cabins Plat (LPF-21-00007 & LP-20-00002). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Winemaker’s Cabins Plat (LPF-21-00007 & LP-20-00002). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Rachael Stevie, Staff Planner
