08/02/2021 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. AUGUST 2, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br />At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a weekly planning update. <br /> <br />The Board shared good things that were happening along with <br />reviewing the latest list of “rocks”. Mr. Phil Backlund, Consultant <br />reviewed a copy of One Year Goals and 90 Day Rock Summary; <br />Accountability Chart; and The People Analyzer. He said this week <br />would be the last time things will be in paper form. He said it <br />would be all online and the Commissioners will each have an account <br />with real time changes that they can log into. He said the next <br />steps were the EOS System which will identify the roles of each <br />person and accountability. <br /> <br />At the conclusion the Board and Mr. Backlund rated the meeting and <br />how productive they felt it was. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 11:00 a.m. <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> Julie Kjorsvik Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br />
