Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />August 3, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the County Services Agreement between Department of Social and Health Services <br />and the Kittitas County Public Health Department. Effective dates are 07/01/2021 to 06/30/2022. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The county program agreement with Washington State DDA County Services is to provide <br />administration and pass-thru funds for developmental disabilities employment and day services <br />along with information and education funds. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 13, 2021. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 14, 2021. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Kittitas County Public Health <br />Director on the County Services Agreement between Department of Social and Health Services <br />and the Kittitas County Public Health Department.
