(Effective dates: July 1, 2021 -June 30, 2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA is established to establish subcontracted employment and day services for people with <br />developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s responsibilities as outlined in attachments. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 13, 2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on July 14, 2021 <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs Amendment 1 to the PSA between Elmview and <br />Kittitas County.
