KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 6, 2021 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />License Between the Department of the Army, Yakima Training Center Military <br />Installation, and between Yakima County and Kittitas County. <br />BACKGROUND: The Secretary of the Army or duly authorized representative of the <br />Secretary hereby grants Kittitas County Sheriff's Office a non-exclusive license for use <br />of lands at the Yakima Training Center Military Reservation for law enforcement training <br />as described in the license document. Our most recent license for these activities expired <br />07/31/21. There is no cost. <br />INTERACTION: This agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />License Between the Department of the Army, Yakima Training Center Military <br />Installation, and between Yakima County and Kittitas County. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed copy to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Ben Kokjer <br />
