06/21/2021 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 8:00 A.M. JUNE 21, 2021 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Phil Backlund. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil <br />Backlund, for a weekly planning update. <br /> <br />Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda and <br />distributed a copy of the measurables with the assigned Commissioner <br />listed. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed good news; how and when they would roll out their <br />plans; reviewed their “rocks”; constituent/employee headlines; <br />issues on track to solve; a recap of their to-do lists; and a rating <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />There was discussion on putting a list on the Commissioners drive <br />for ongoing updates to ensure nothing gets forgotten.
