The Marian Meadows projectreceivedPlanned Unit Development, Preliminary Plat, and <br />Conditional Use Permit approval on May l, 2018. A condition of the preliminary approval was thatthe applicant enter into a <br />development agreement with Kittitas County to address various issues. A public hearing was previousty hin but the <br />development agreement was remanded to the applicant on December 15,2O2O for discussion on mitigation for impacts to <br />Easton Fire District # 3 under section 6 of the proposed agreement.
